Description

CWL7000-60 is intended to be mounted on a truck with a height of 40”.
CWL7000-63 is intended to be mounted on a truck with a height of 42.5”.

Combination lifter, commercial and residential, used with spray nozzles for cleaning refuse collection containers. The cart lifter inverts the collection container to a position where the spray nozzles are aimed at the inside of the cart. After the inside of the container is washed out, the cart lifter returns the collection cart to its original, upright position. Spray nozzles not included.

    Fork Capabilities

  • The Fork Assembly will lift “front-load style” pocketed containers which meet ANSI Type S compatibility dimensions.
  • The forks are capable of reaching heights as low as 22.5” and as high as 52 3/8” from the ground, depending on installation, allowing the forks to engage with a variety of size and styles of front load style containers.
  • The forks are generally 76.25” apart as measured on the inside, and are 5/8” thick. Giving an outside dimension of 77.5”.  This should fit most front load containers if they are built to ANSI Type S dimensions.
  • The forks are meant to lift EMPTY containers, up to 2500 lbs. Do not use the forks to lift containers with a load inside.  If you pre-wash the container by hand, try to drain off the excess water before lifting.
  • The forks are stored up while driving, with the forks roughly horizontal to the ground.

    • Gripper Capabilities

  • The gripper arms of the residential lifter are intended to engage and lift ANSI Type B & G containers, from 35 gallon up to 96 gallon in size.
  • The gripper arms fold across the face of the cart lifter, allowing for full access to the forks by the larger steel Type S containers.
  • The gripper lifter is intended to raise EMPTY carts into the wash position. If pre-washing is done by hand, keep the water inside the bin to a minimum (5-8 gallons).
  • The gripper lifter can be operated without moving the forks out of the stored position. (Fork must be all the way up before raising the gripper lifter.)
  • The gripper arms are hydraulically locked with a PO check, to keep a secure grip on the plastic bin during the dump and wash process.
