The Sweep Lid is an add-on option for Perkins SAT units.  The sweep lid's purpose is to draw the material deeper inside the bucket to make room for the next bin.  The sweep lid features a separate pressure relief to prevent the risk of damaging your equipment when in use.  The lid system has two movements, one lid pivots open/close and the second lid component drags in/out.  Closing the pivoting lid and dragging the second lid in will draw the trash deeper into the bucket.  Then open the pivot lid to receive the next load.  The sweep lid also acts as a tarp, securing material during transit.  Unlike a tarp, the steel sweep lid will retain materials more securely, pushing the load down and deeper in.  It also would prevent a person outside the bucket from tapering with your load.  The sweep lid can operate on a 12v power pack, but we do recommend the PTO system for faster operation.  For further information and pricing please contact your regional sales representative.
